An example of their daily routine are; Wake up to a day with full of hopes and surprises. Go to work happily ( Just like spongebob,"I'm ready, I'm ready") Sadly punching out as the next part of the day awaits. Meeting new people in the train/bus as they goes to school. Work their medula oblongata for two hours. Meeting up with fellow Singaporeans again. Reached Home, and cant wait for tomorrow.

Day: Friday Date: 22/05/2009
Decided on a weekend driving experience.Booked with Nadia's cousin rental company, which cost them $120 for the weekend. After work, both meet up at Ubi to collect the car and payment for the car follows. A grey nissan sunny was presented to them. With Nadia behind the wheel, off they went to pick up Nadia's sister, Amira, at Kallang MRT Station. Bearing in mind that,"Its OK to be slow, as long as you reach the destination safe," Nadia cruise along Geylang's Road. After fetching Amira, off they went to Ubi Driving Centre to handover gifts to those who have played a part in teaching Nadia. Their final destination for the day was Nadia's Aunt's place.
Day: Saturday Date: 23/05/2009
Both Hakim and Nadia woke up particularly early today, as Hakim need to fetch Nadia since she's attending her workplace Sports Day. After the event have finished, both head back to Nadia's place. The initial plan was to drive around Singapore, however, Nadia was down with fever. Spent most of the afternoon resting, it was only in the evening that they start driving again. Together with Amira and Suhada'(Nadia's cousin), they head off to Bugis for dinner, where they had a hearty meal at Pastamania. After they had performed their Maghrib prayers, they make their way to the Amphitheather, Vivocity. Both Amira and Suhada' were busy clicking pictures and splashing water at the reservoir, while Hakim and Nadia just laze around. Soon it was time to go back.
Day: Sunday Date: 24/05/2009
Start their day by sending Nadia's dad to his workplace at Changi cargo Complex, then fetching Nadia's mum from Sengkang Library. Later in the afternoon, including Nadia's mum, Ain & Friend, Amira and Suhada, make their way to Marina Barrage. Its a first for everyone. Set ourselves at the Green Roof, soon we were having 'milk shakes' which was intially ice-creams. Watching people playing kites kind of excite both Hakim and Nadia. The thought of trying one kindle, but they didn't have one. With the support from Nadia, Hakim went to search for shops selling kites. After searching for a few minutes, spotted a souvenior shops selling kites. After paying the cashier for the kite, Hakim jogged his way up to the Green Roof, and presented the kite to Nadia. Spent half of our time there playing kite. It somehow rekindle our childhood moments.
Price of the Kite: $18.00 Playing kite togther: Priceless.

Mood: Blank
Oh my God, its only 4 days and Hakim is missing Nadia already. Haiz, wondering what she's doing right now. Blogging while listening to 'Touch My Hand' by David Acrhuleta doesn't really help smoothen the withrawal sympthons. Yes... I not sure why I'm listening to this gayish voice.
Nadia is away on a 2 week trip to Mecca & Medinah, Saudi Arabia with her family. She'll be back on the 29th of June. Just hope the days pass by very fast. Well, while she's away, Hakim will be going on an expedition to conquer Mount Ophir/Gunung Ledang together with his collegues, Aidil, Affan and Fadly. Yupes, time for some real adventure instead of sitting in the office getting papercuts.
Let's move back to last to the time we left off...
The month of April is a good month for those who want to pass their Traffic Police test. Hakim passed his Traffic Police Test on the 14th of April, while Nadia passed her's on July 28th. Arrived Ubi Driving Centre quite early on that day, the weather doesn't seems to help at first as clouds begins to collide one another. Soon a slight downpour follows. Nadia went for her warm-up ...

Sugar Coated
Sunday, March 29, 2009
Enjoying a box full of donuts...
Haiz seriously don't tend to get myself overweight but the sight of it really make my knees wobble. Sugar coated, Chocolate coated, Strawberry coated, which one should i sink my teeth on first. Yes... let me try the ChocoPeanut coated first, come to papa, my precious!
While I'm munching let me recap what have happened in the past....
29th December - Dearie's Birthday, got herself a Sony Ericsson Experia.
30th December - HAPPY 3rd Year Anniversary. More to come, for sure... Insya'Allah
1st January - CPGAiport officially shifted to a new location, TechView Building, Kaki Bukit
9th January - Apply for our not so dream house, Punggol Regalia.
February - Punggo Regalia result was annouced, our queue number was, H0836. What the tut?
2nd March - Hakim bought himself a new phone, Blackberry Bold 9000. Realised that he have made a risky move upon purchasing the phone, what to do.
19th March - Received an invitation from HDB regarding Punggol Regalia.
The gagdet couple, one with an Experia another with a Blackberry. So if you upon seeing a couple sitting at McDonalds/Starbucks/CoffeeBean, busy surfing the internet by using their phones, well that must be them.
Time have been getting faster and faster, for the past 9 months being part of the team that constructs airports was my life other than my family and dearie of coz. Spent nearly 5 months taking SBS service 29 early morning just to get to werk. Now its either 59 or 8, and you have to fight for your seat.
Both Hakim and Nadia went to apply for their not so dream house. Haha... if you want to know whats their dream house, hmmm, lets just say its located in Sixth Avenue. Haiz the high life... Okay lets come back to earth, both decided to apply for a 4-room flat instead of the initial 5-room. Guess, social worker + child interventianist would be able to fork out the intial 10%. After waiting for nearly 1 month, the result for the balloting was published, they were put under the waiting list and there's 200 peeps infront of them. I agree, its a slim chance indeed. A few weeks after that, HDB invites them to chose the units they prefer.
What to expect in a few months time,
28th April - Nadia's Traffic Police Test
15th June - Nadia's performing Umrah

3 Years and going for more...
Today marks 3 years of HaNa (including this blog). Sorry for the quietness of the blog. Busy removing the cobwebs from the wallpapers. Yesterday was Nadia's 22nd birthday. Since it was her day, Hakim went to fetch her at Sengkang. Their first stop was Dhoby Ghaut, as she need to submit her assignment and make some payment for her degree program. After all the administrative stuffs completes, they make their way to the Starhub shop at Plaza Singapura. After getting their queue number, 7042, they get a seat and wait patiently. Nadia keeps asking Hakim why is he looks boring, when in actual case he was just watching the show 'Son of the Beach' featured on the Tele there. They waited for almost an hour before their number flashes on the screen. It was there that Nadia got the shocked, Hakim is buying the Sony Ericsson Xperia for her Birthday. .... Continues....

Still flying
Saturday, July 19, 2008
On the weekend, after fetching Nadia from her workplace, they went to Bugis. The main itinerary for the day was the ride on the DHL balloon. But as soon as we arrived the placed, we were told that the weather condition is not favourable for us to fly. It was only 1445hrs, so we make our way to Bugis cinema to catch a movie. Fuoh! this was like our third movie in a week, WANTED, Get Smart and now, Hancock. Thetime was only 1500hrs and the shows start at 1545hrs. What to do...What to do. Therefore, to kill time, we walked aimlessly around Bugis Junction. The sypnosis and rating of the movie can be found at the end of this post. After the movie, still eager to take the ride, we make our way to the DHL Balloon place. This time, we are able to FLY!! We were slotted for the 1940hrs ride, thou Nadia was quite disheartened because by the time it was all dark. It was still quite early for our flight, so we went to have a quick dinner a the nearby Tong Seng Eatery. After the dinner, we went back to the ride. Anxiety was filling into our hearts. Moon here we come! While waiting for our time, we sat at the chairs provided looking at the balloon ascends and descends a few times. Nadia began to fill in some unwanted questions such as, "What if the balloon bursts?" and "Do they have back up plan?". Hakim was like, "No dear, this is Singapore. There's always a back up plan." After much waiting, it was our turn to fly. While the balloon was ascending, Hakim was thinking, maybe this was a bad idea after all. Hakim was having his acrophobia period again. Knees began to wobble, grips began to tighten. While all this happens, Nadia was having a field time, taking pictures and laughing at Hakim. After 5 mins, we reached the targeted heights, 150 meter. Luckily, we didn't took the new uber heights, which went all the way up to 180 meters. Even though, the guide encourage us to walk around the platform, Hakim just stood on to his place. As soon as we reached the 150 meters, we began to descend. Upon seeing the cars and people's head below getting bigger and bigger by seconds, Hakim finally able to move, Apadah! Altogether it was a 10 min ride. Still I prefer my feet on the ground.
